What you'll do:
Counsel international students to facilitate admission into Australian Universities, RTO's and Colleges, including course change (on-shore) and off-shore.
Respond to the client within the Turnaround time and enter data into CRM in a timely manner
Increase long-term retention of students by maintaining after-service engagement
Content building for marketing posts and participating in other Promotional activities if required
Maintain Inquiry notes, admission entry, offer letters, COE & Task list
Maintaining good customer service, appraisal, and feedback from all inquiries during all stages of the process
Assist migration agents with student visa applications
To be successful in this role one needs to be able to demonstrate:
Ideally one year of experience in the Overseas Education sector
Maintain follow-up with the client and RTO until the final COE outcome
Energetic and creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude towards achieving organizational goals
Extensive knowledge of the Australian international education sector
Ability to convert leads & motivation to meet individual targets in a timely manner
Good communication skills and ability to pay high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills in relation to the team as well as external stakeholders
