We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Career Counselor to join our team at EduGeeks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in choosing the right learning programs to enhance their career prospects. Your primary focus will be on understanding the aspirations of learners and offering them the best solutions from our courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide career counseling to prospective learners through calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
Maintain thorough knowledge of EduGeeks course offerings and industry trends.
Follow up with leads and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet enrollment targets.
Address queries related to course content, schedules, and payment options.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students for future referrals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Prior experience is mandatory in any reputed EdTech company.
1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service in the EdTech sector.
Candidates must be able to join within 10 days.
Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (verbal & written communication).
Prior experience in the K12 segment will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to empathize and understand student goals.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
