The base pay range for this position is
$85,716.00-$130,208.00 Annual
however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Position Overview:
The Education Program Coordinator provides support and guidance to meet the educational needs of all employees and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Education Program Coordinator is committed to the education of all healthcare providers and support staff with the goal of achieving high quality and excellence in patient care. This position collaborates closely with the Human Resources team, Quality team, Department Leaders, Physician Leaders, and Educational Instructors to provide a structured and standardized approach to workforce development, ensuring high quality teaching and skill enhancement while aligning with our mission, vision, and values.
A Day in the Life:
Implement and continually improve the Pullman Regional Education Program plan with the goal of continually growing the confidence and competency of all Pullman Regional employees.
Provide oversight and support to the Education Program Administrative Assistant in the management of the Learning Management System (LMS), RQI, NRP, and third-party video programming software and all equipment used within the education program including simulation equipment.
Grow and maintain the talent module in Workday as the Talent Administrator.
Coordinate with department leaders to develop and execute their departmental competency and education programs for both on-going employees and new hires.
Coordinate with the Quality Director to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Organize and coordinate the bi-annual skills fairs.
Coordinate with department leaders to organize and execute simulation experiences in a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings.
Assist and support educational instructors to build and deliver educational content.
Manage the entire process of placing students in non-clinical and clinical rotations and/or internships by working with educational institutions to establish/renew affiliation agreements, student placement, departmental support, and on-going communication with the educational institutions as needed.
Report to DNV, DOH, and other regulatory organizations in providing employee educational records and communicating the purpose and scope of the organization’s education program.
About You!
This Job is For You if You Have:
Current RN licensure in the State of Washington
A bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing.
