Join Kshipra Academy as a Junior Educational Counsellor, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their career choices in the field of Risk Management and Internal Auditing. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, suitable for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience. As a vital member of our team, you will connect with students, understand their educational aspirations, and assist them in enrolling in our expert-led programs.
Qualifications And Skills
• Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill): Develop effective sales strategies tailored to the education and training industry to boost student enrollment.
• Prospecting (Mandatory skill): Identify and engage potential students by exploring various channels, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Negotiation: Utilize influential negotiation techniques to achieve mutual agreements that benefit both students and the Academy.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive knowledge of our training programs to effectively address student queries and concerns.
• Closing Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in closing sales deals and ensuring the successful enrollment of prospects into our programs.
• Sales strategies in education & training: Leverage proven sales methods for the education sector to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
• Candidates from institutes: Must have experience interacting and dealing with candidates from educational institutes to understand their needs and motivations.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Conduct informational sessions and consultations with prospective students to discuss educational and career goals.
• Guide students on the benefits and features of Kshipra Academy's certification programs in Risk Management and Internal Auditing.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to recruit and enroll students in our expert-led training programs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the educational landscape to position our programs favorably and address any inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational institutions, to promote our offerings.
• Track and manage student records and interactions using CRM tools to ensure efficient follow-up and engagement.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively utilizing closing skills and ensuring high conversion rates of prospects to students.
• Stay informed about industry trends to continually improve student engagement strategies and provide exceptional advisory services
