Workday Pro certification – Required (either implementation or customer path )
3+ years of experience in Workday HCM configuration :
Staffing
Foundational data
Onboarding
Core HR processes
Strong reporting skills in Workday:
Creating reports
Using calculated fields
Good understanding of:
Worker staffing lifecycle
Core HR business processes
Basic knowledge of other modules like:
Recruiting
Talent
Security (preferred, not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Core HR processes in Workday to meet business requirements
Act as a liaison between HR and HR Tech teams
Review and analyze business needs, and translate them into technical configurations
Stay current with Workday releases, test new features, and implement updates
Support HR Services, Talent Ops, Learning & Development, Payroll, Total Rewards, and other internal teams

Reports to the HR Technology Leader
Works closely with:
HR Tech team (various Workday functions)
Product Managers
HR System Process Owners
Business Analysts
HR stakeholders (requestors of data or process changes)
