Job Description
Responsible for BMS configuration, cold commissioning and performance test on site, carry out health check for battery, and fix battery cells voltage unbalance issue.
Responsible for formulating the overall commissioning plan for specific stations, organizing commissioning teams, and coordinating personnel, spare parts, and resources to ensure readiness.
Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, responsible for aligning on and gaining approval for commissioning schedules, technical protocols, and final acceptance criteria.
Organize and deliver technical training for the client's operational teams, leveraging both internal and external resources to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Manage and coordinate all essential resources for commissioning and after-sales support, including the inventory of spare parts, specialized tools, and testing equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (oral and written), with the ability to confidently lead meetings and technical discussions with international clients.
Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills with a profound commitment to customer service. Direct client-facing experience is highly preferred.
Teamwork: Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to respond swiftly to changing priorities.
Preferred Experience: Prior hands-on experience in the commissioning of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is a significant advantage.
Technical Expertise & Field Experience:
Proven field experience in large-scale electrical infrastructure environments, covering activities such as equipment/instrumentation acceptance testing, performance testing, troubleshooting, installation, startup/shutdown, commissioning, and overhauls.
In-depth familiarity with the installation, testing, and diagnostics of battery systems. Professional knowledge of battery cells, packs, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Process Acumen: Deep understanding of the standard workflows for site commissioning and system handover.
