Job Description
• Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on vending machines to ensure they are operational.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues in vending machines and take corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system updates to extend the life cycle of the vending machines.
• Installation & Setup:
• Oversee the installation of new vending machines, including ensuring proper setup, configuration, and functionality.
• Support the integration of vending machines with payment systems, monitoring systems, and remote access technology.
• Software & System Support:
• Support and maintain software systems integrated with vending machines for inventory management, monitoring, and user interaction.
• Collaborate with software teams to address any system issues, bugs, or updates to improve functionality.
• Ensure the implementation of security protocols to protect against hacking or unauthorized access.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support for customers, clients, and internal teams related to vending machine malfunctions, software errors, or payment system issues.
• Assist in training field technicians or staff in troubleshooting and resolving common issues.
• Parts and Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure that all required components for machine repairs are readily available.
• Order and track parts to minimize downtime during repairs.
• Quality Control:
• Monitor the quality and performance of vending machines and recommend improvements to enhance machine reliability and customer experience.
• Test new models or technologies before their deployment to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed technical records, including maintenance logs, service requests, and repair histories.
• Collaboration & Improvement:
• Work with product development and engineering teams to suggest improvements in machine design or software functionalities.
• Participate in the development and testing of new products or features for future vending solutions. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with IoT (Internet of Things) technologies.
Working Conditions:
• This position may require occasional travel to vending machine locations for on-site troubleshooting and repairs.
• Some evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
• Knowledge of programming languages and system integration tools.
• Prior experience in vending machine operations or a similar field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
