Email & Marketing Automation Specialist (Wix)
Contractor/Freelance | Remote | $25–$30/hr | 5 hours per week

We’re looking for a Wix Marketing & Automations Specialist to support our client experience through automations and personalised email journeys. You’ll help us connect with our clients every step of the way, from onboarding to weekly check-ins, ensuring every message is supportive and on-brand.
What You’ll Do
· Build, optimise and manage automated customer journeys using Wix (email, SMS, and other channels).
· Set up and manage weekly check-in email sequences and nurture campaigns.
· Use triggers, segmentation, and dynamic content to deliver personalised communications.
· Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Collaborate with our small team to improve the customer experience and streamline automations.
About You
You love combining tech and creativity to make things work smarter, not harder. You’re detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoy seeing your automations make a real difference in people’s experience.
You’ll bring:
· Experience with Wix automations and email marketing tools (essential).
· 1–2 years’ experience in email, CRM, or marketing automation roles.
· Strong organisational and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
· A curious, proactive mindset, you’re always finding better ways to do things!
The Details
· Remote, flexible role (work from home).
· Approx. 5 hours per week.
· $25–$30 per hour depending on experience.
· Ongoing, long-term opportunity for the right person.
