We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent copywriting skills, and experience with email automation tools.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
Create compelling and personalized email content that resonates with our target audience.
Design and optimize email templates for various campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and other criteria to maximize engagement and ROI.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and make recommendations for optimization and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of email marketing initiatives.
Maintain email marketing calendar and schedule, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, and best practices for data privacy and security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Experience with HTML/CSS and email design best practices preferred.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
