Job Title :- Email & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Email and LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective email campaigns and LinkedIn marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, a knack for crafting compelling content, and a proven track record in driving engagement and conversions through these channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated drip campaigns.
Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to optimize future campaigns.
LinkedIn Marketing:
Design and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate high-quality content for LinkedIn posts, articles, and messages.
Manage LinkedIn company page and groups, fostering a strong online community.
Utilize LinkedIn analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align email and LinkedIn strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email and LinkedIn marketing.
Provide regular reports and insights to the team on campaign performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in email marketing and LinkedIn marketing.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of LinkedIn's features and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Familiarity with other social media platforms and digital marketing tactics.
