Job Description
Essential Functions:
Work with sales, clients, and carriers to quote, set up, and open accounts
Conducts implementation calls to understand the client’s needs, set goals and develop a strategy to achieve them
Collect all information needed on behalf of team members to coordinate Open Enrollment
Monitor and assist with the enrollment process to include continuous client outreach, distribution of marketing materials and progress reports
Organize calls at the conclusion of Open Enrollment to assess results and discuss ongoing support
Proactively coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely and acceptable resolution of issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide day-to-day service for client accounts
Manage billing set up and ongoing support
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, brokers, and carriers
Be proactive in anticipating carrier and client account and policy-level issues
Work together with the Finance team to record and maintain accounts as needed
Accurately maintain required records and files for Customer Service and all applicable teams to fully understand the needs and processes of the client
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of employee benefits service experience
Must have experience with Employee Navigator
Knowledgeable with account implementation, service, and billing
Ability to create strong client relationships
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Provide guidance to the team assisting with client needs or procedural issues
Ability to manage several projects and/or accounts at once
Efficiently manage timeline to ensure that deadlines and customer expectations of exceptional service are met
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all firm and client-related information
Ability to communicate effectively and interact with diverse personalities while maintaining a professional attitude
Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail on all tasks
Organized, self-starter with proficiency in problem-solving and prioritizing tasks
Must perform well in a high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
