Employee Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Develops and implements policies and procedures related to employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment processes
• Provides expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR to management and employees
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefit enrollment information
