Located in Irvine, CA we are a prestigious employment law firm looking for a sharp Employment Associate Attorney to join our team and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:
• Client Representation: Represent clients in employment law disputes, including drafting and filing legal documents, preparing for and attending hearings, and negotiating settlements.
• Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide well-informed legal opinions.
• Case Management: Manage a caseload efficiently, including maintaining accurate records, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely progress on all matters.
• Drafting Documents: Prepare and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and offer strategic advice throughout the legal process.
• Compliance Counseling: Advise clients on employment law compliance, including workplace policies, employee handbooks, and regulatory requirements.
MUST HAVE, experience with:
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• License: Active state bar membership in California and eligibility to practice law.
• Experience in employment law, with a demonstrated track record of handling complex cases.
