Step into a role where you can make a real difference! As an Employment Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face for participants engaging in ALPA’s Community Development Program (CDP). Your mission? To provide tailored support, guiding individuals toward sustainable and meaningful employment—all while ensuring program guidelines and key performance measures are met. If you're passionate about empowering people and creating opportunities, this is the job for you!
Demonstrated experience in Employment Services, Centrelink Services, or DES Workforce Australia is preferred.
