Discrimination/Sexual Harassment Law Attorney with a prestigious multi-state Plaintiff's side Employment Law Firm. Brickell Miami location. The firm has offices in New York, California, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Miami. Our firm has numerous multi-million dollar verdicts for employees suing their employers. Our plaintiff's employment firm is looking for an outgoing, ambitious attorney to handle cases of ****** harassment, discrimination based on race, religion, gender, ****** orientation, age, disability, overtime cases, etc. Must be good with people. Employment law experience a huge plus. Trial Experience even better. Serious 6 figure income expected. Looking for an attorney experienced in negotiation with good legal/trial skills. Must be admitted to FL and FL Federal Court. Please email cover letter and resume. Must have prior litigation experience.

Two options for salary in first year. The first option for a salary will consist solely of a significant share of settlement proceeds. No base pay which will be beneficial as you will receive a percentage of the attorneys' fees. This allows for a huge potential of a high earning. The percentage of attorneys' fees you will earn is 1/3 of the firms' attorneys fee. Of course, there will be highs and lows as it requires a risk. However, overall, compensation should be much, much more than a straight pay type of situation and should be STRONG SIX FIGURE ANNUAL COMPENSATION. Ambitious attorneys should be shooting for $150,000 to $800,000 which most attorneys with our firm make. This job will give an aggressive litigator/negotiator a great paying position with a welcomed sense of independence and satisfaction, as well as great pay that is directly reflective of your work. If you are not ambitious and not somewhat aggressive, this is not the position for you.
