Job Description
As an Employment Law Attorney, you will:
• Advise clients on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and risk management.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and State or Federal Court.
• Provide training on employment law regulations, workplace conduct, and legal updates.
• Negotiate labor agreements and handle dispute resolutions.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated legal professionals to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
• Be a licensed attorney in New York State.
• Have 2+ years of recent experience in labor and employment law.
• Possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
• Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
