Our litigation attorneys are business trial lawyers who understand the importance of efficient and effective representation and who are experienced in mediation, arbitration, litigation, in state and federal courts, and administrative and licensing hearings. We are seeking Associate and Litigation Attorneys specializing in Labor & Employment Law who want an opportunity to join a growing firm.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Employment Law
• Wage and hour, discrimination, compensation, wrongful termination
• Strength in writing briefs
• Interaction with clients
• Admitted in VA. Ability to waive in to MD and DC is a plus
