Our business and corporate services include general business counseling on such issues as choice of entity, formation, establishment (including creation of client-specific business policies, forms and procedures), employment law planning and compliance, tax planning, real estate acquisition, land use and zoning, development, leasing and sale, intellectual property protection, local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations, banking law and bank regulatory issues, creditors rights, debt collection, HIPAA and other federal regulatory compliance and lobbying. We also provide wealth management services to individuals in the areas of estate and tax planning and estate and trust administration. Our litigation attorneys are business trial lawyers who understand the importance of efficient and effective representation and who are experienced in mediation, arbitration, litigation, in state and federal courts, and administrative and licensing hearings. We represent clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including contract, construction, employment, intellectual property, securities, and shareholder disputes. We defend businesses and manage complex litigation involving toxic tort and product liability claims. Our litigators serve as both lead counsel and local counsel in Virginia state courts and federal courts.

We are seeking Associate and Litigation Attorneys specializing in Labor & Employment Law who want an opportunity to join a growing firm.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Employment Law
• Wage and hour, discrimination, compensation, wrongful termination
• Strength in writing briefs
• Interaction with clients
• Admitted in VA. Ability to waive in to MD and DC is a plus
