Key Responsibilities
Advise and counsel clients regarding various areas of California labor law, including pre-employment screening and hiring, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation prevention, performance management and progressive discipline, reasonable accommodation and leave of absence management, wage and hour compliance, furloughs, layoffs, and reductions in force, and workplace policy development and review.
