The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of defense litigation experience in Labor & Employment, along with management and supervisory skills. Portable business is considered but not required.

The firm boasts a strong infrastructure, excellent support staff, and a unique, collegial culture with a proven track record of integrating lateral attorneys. There are options for hybrid or remote work, and the location is flexible for attorneys admitted in California, allowing them to work from any state with a firm office.
