Based in Queensland, the facility will source innovative strains of microbiomes to produce world-class probiotic ingredients and products. Investment plans are in place to upgrade production capability over the next few years.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Product Manufacturing, this full-time position oversees the encapsulation production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves leading a team of operators, coordinating production schedules, troubleshooting machinery issues, and optimising workflows to achieve production targets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate/Diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field
Previous experience in encapsulation operations and supervisory roles within production environments
Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills
Good knowledge of quality control practices and production reporting
Effective communication skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Willingsness to work flexible shifts
