Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, offering flexibility with partial work-from-home options. The Engagements Support Executive will work closely with the Engagements Lead to support the planning, coordination, and execution of professional engagements, meetings, and stakeholder interactions.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining calendars, managing communications, supporting engagement logistics, and improving engagement-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end coordination of professional engagements, meetings, panels, and speaking assignments
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and sharing Zoom/Teams links and invites
• Draft, review, and follow up on professional email communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of engagements, contacts, and status updates
• Act as a coordination point to ensure timely responses and smooth information flow
• Assist in preparing briefing notes, background research, and engagement-related documentation
• Identify and troubleshoot basic operational or coordination issues to ensure seamless execution
• Support data tracking, reporting, and analysis related to engagements and outreach efforts
• Continuously streamline and improve engagement support processes to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Relations, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a hybrid work environment
• Professional, proactive, and stakeholder-focused approach
• Prior exposure to venture capital, advisory services, professional services, or corporate environments is a plus
• Proficiency in email etiquette, calendar tools, and virtual meeting platforms
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred
