Your Role
As a Graduate Engineer, you will start on real projects from day one and receive exceptional mentoring from colleagues at all levels of experience. You will be encouraged to collaborate, question, and influence the projects you work on.
Our culture values self-motivated individuals looking for a long-term position and a chance to lead and mentor future project teams. To be eligible for this role, you should have graduated from or be in your final year of study of an engineering degree.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for membership of Engineers Australia or equivalent
A desire to attain CPEng status in the future
A strong set of workplace principles/values
Contributes to the ADG culture and brand
Ability to think cross-functionally and understand how to assess the best outcomes for all stakeholders
