8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities
Hire and grow team members, guide technical directions, work with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define product areas, and deliver business impact with user and revenue growth through our Web Games Store for users on PC and other devices.
Partner with stakeholders to build product vision roadmaps, technical leadership, set priorities, and oversee execution for the team.
Lead the team in building and improving our Web infrastructure and analytics to enable more Play products on Web.
Incorporate data retention compliance and privacy features to ensure the Web Store and Platform Legal compliance.
Grow engineering teams to deliver business impact.
