Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our team, driving sales and promoting our debt relief products. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that help them achieve financial freedom.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their financial situation and recommend appropriate debt relief solutions.
• Keep track of your own sales and follow-ups.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services or debt relief industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to self-motivate and work with a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
• Must be resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Compensation:
• Earnings potential between $110,000 - $310,000 per year.
• Initial draw provided to support during the ramp-up phase.
• Commission is earned per deal closed.
