Job Description
This is a hands-on architecture role focused on enterprise data modeling, semantic design, and domain-driven architecture—not a data engineering or BI role.
What you’ll do
• Design enterprise conceptual, logical, and canonical data models
• Build domain-driven data models aligned to business capabilities
• Define enterprise semantic models, ontologies, and taxonomies
• Establish System of Record, Single Source of Truth, and data governance standards
• Shape metadata, lineage, and data catalog strategy
• Enable scalable Lakehouse-based architecture (Databricks preferred)
• Guide entity resolution and cross-system data consistency
What we’re looking for
• 8+ years in Data Architecture / Enterprise Information Architecture
• Strong experience in enterprise data modeling (conceptual → canonical)
• Deep understanding of domain-driven design and data governance
• Experience with MDM, metadata, and entity resolution
• Exposure to cloud/Lakehouse platforms (Databricks preferred)
• Ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders
Bonus
• Semantic modeling / ontology / knowledge graph experience
• Experience with enterprise data catalog tools (Collibra, Alation, etc.)
• AI-ready data architecture exposure
