Compensation

$54,500 - $60,500 yearly

Responsibilities
• Client Engagement Build relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice and solutions
• In-Depth Analysis Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to identify areas of improvement and provide suitable recommendations
• Educational Presentations Deliver informative and engaging presentations to educate clients on insurance products and financial planning strategies
• Cross-Selling Identify opportunities to enhance clients' coverage and financial portfolios by offering additional insurance products
• Networking Attend networking events and actively seek out potential clients to expand your professional network
• Self-Development Continuously enhance your knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and financial planning techniques to better serve your clients

Qualifications
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Educational Background Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Professional Skills Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Entrepreneurial Mindset Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Networking Abilities Proven ability to build and expand a professional network through relationship building and referral generation
• Integrity and Ethics Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in all client interactions
• Technology Proficiency Comfortable using computer applications and digital tools to facilitate client meetings and presentations
• Licensing Must have or obtain a Life & Accident/Health license; ability to obtain SIE, Series 6 and 63
