Job Description
Compensation:
$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently
Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
Speak to customers to help them resolve any VoIP and network-related issues
Participate in an on-call schedule including nights and weekends
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, Internet connectivity, and other technological equipment
High school diploma or G.E.D. required, associate’s degree in information technology or computer science is a bonus
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed
