Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of direct sales and marketing campaigns
• Engage with potential customers to generate leads and promote our clients’ products/services
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and company goals
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
• Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a bonus but not required
