Requirements
• 0 to 3 years of Recruiting Experience - for Direct Clients
• Smart person / Quick learner. Flexible. Willing to learn and adapt to our way.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Thick skin / quick on their feet
• Decent computer skills (Google Searches, MS Office, Outlook etc.)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Desired Experience and Abilities :
• Some interest in human psychology. Sales type attitude. Which will be useful in proper screening, ability to close candidates, and reduce no-shows
• Team-player
• Organized individual - ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Detail Oriented
Location : Hybrid / Onsite initially then Remote. Position will start 100% onsite near Hicksville, NY 11801 (Nassau County, Long Island).
After initial training (approx 3 months), you will gradually change to working remote (from 5 days onsite, to 4 days onsite 1 day remote, to 3 days onsite 2 days remote, to 2 days onsite 3 days remote, to 1 day onsite 3 days remote).
This transition from 5 days onsite to 1 day onsite will take approx. 1 year. (This is an estimate only. It all depends on your prior experience, and how quickly a person learns, to our satisfaction).
BACKGROUND CHECKS : We will check your past employment, references and will perform various additional verifications prior to hiring for this role.
