Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing Candidates: Assist in sourcing qualified candidates for various roles through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screening Resumes: Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Job Post Management: Post job openings on relevant job portals and keep them updated.
• Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and information regarding their application status.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Supporting HR Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment strategies, job fairs, and onboarding activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
