Position: Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• * Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• * Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• * Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers.
• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• * Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Required Skills:
• * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport.
• * Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet.
• * Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.

• Qualifications:

• * Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
