Environmental Services Assistant: Mental Health Unit
Permanent part time position (60 hours per fortnight): healthy work life balance
Must have full availability for the following shifts- 1100-1900 and 0800-1600
We are actively looking for reliable and friendly staff for our state-of-the-art public Mental Health Unit featuring 102 purpose- built beds. This facility includes specialised services for adult, older adult, psychiatric intensive care, and a young adult and youth service.
Join our Mental Health Unit Enviro Team! Seeking dedicated, friendly and conscientious members. With 20 amazing team members, we need staff who exhibit empathy, compassion, patience and a friendly disposition to fit in.
About You
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the following attributes:
Demonstrate Honesty and integrity and ethics in the workplace.
Housekeeping/Cleaning experience desired.
Must work well with others as at Mental health we work in teams of 2 staff at all times.
Be Positive and even tempered
Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and Patience
Remuneration: As per the current enterprise bargaining agreement. (On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $28.71 + superannuation exclusive of penalties or allowances.
