Responsibilities
• Support and optimize assigned Epic applications
• Configure ambulatory documentation workflows, including note templates
• Support ambient listening build, integration, and provider onboarding
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to improve outpatient workflows
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support upgrades, enhancements, and special projects
• Assist with EHR policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of Epic implementation, support, or systems analysis experience
• Strong ambulatory workflow and clinical documentation experience
• Experience supporting ambient listening integrations
• Epic Ambulatory Certification required
