About the internship:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced relationship manager specializing in equity to join our team in Delhi.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Acquire new clients/franchisees
2. Generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio
3. Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customers and focus on generating new business
4. Need to be constantly updated with market knowledge
5. Ensure all the activities are in adherence to compliance with and risk
6. Keep the clients updated on their orders
7. Cross selling third-party products like mutual funds, SIPs, and PMS

2. NISM certification is mandatory

6. Commerce background preferred (BCom or MCom)
7. Knowledge of stocks, derivatives, MCX, and currency trading
8. Understanding of mutual funds

• Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 260000 to 300000/year
