Our client is within the Financial Services sector experiencing ongoing success and growth. In this newly created role, you will join a high caliber and dedicated team of HR professionals providing best practice ER advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business delivering high quality ER advice and services. You will partner with the leaders on specific ER matters; interpreting legislation and providing advice on ER strategy in accordance with the business needs and legislative obligations.
What you will bring
To be successful, you will have proven exposure in providing best practice ER solutions and guidance across a range of ER/IR matters. You will have experience running mediations, appearing at conciliations and formal tribunals. You will have previous knowledge of HR services with a track record of providing commercial advice. Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Employee/ Industrial Relations/ Human Resources or related discipline is preferred.
