Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You are passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills. As a strong logical thinker with problem-solving skills, you have the ability to collaborate effectively. Your excellent communication skills enable you to clearly explain complex technical concepts. You possess well-developed implementation and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze details and synthesize the "big picture". You apply creative use of industry-standard tools to aid in the diagnostic process. With 6-10 years of relevant experience, you have the ability to influence and build cooperative relationships with executives and technical specialists. Skilled in communicating effectively in escalated technical and functional situations, you have hands-on experience in PPM modules implementation and support. Your strong listening skills help you identify core issues and develop action plans to resolve them swiftly. As a self-starter, you are able to work well with minimal supervision, and you are detail-oriented with a process-oriented approach.
