Job Details
Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and drafting. A couple of years handling uncontested probates
• Active member of the state bar in good standing.
• Proven experience as a paralegal or related role.
• Excellent drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage a large caseload while maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Commitment to professional ethics and a customer-centered approach.
