About the Role

This role supports the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates for fire protection projects.

You will work closely with experienced estimators and project teams to develop your technical and commercial skills, contributing to tender submissions, pricing, and project handovers. This role is ideal for someone with some industry exposure who is looking to grow into a well-rounded Estimator within a structured and supportive environment, with clear opportunities for career progression.

Your Role

Supporting the estimating team across project tenders and pricing activities
Assisting with the preparation and coordination of project cost information
Working with project documentation, systems and internal processes
Contributing to accurate and timely delivery of tender submissions
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
Maintaining and updating project and estimating records
Providing support to project teams during tender and handover stages
Assisting with continuous improvement of systems, processes and documentation
About You

Experience in a construction, engineering or project-based environment
Exposure to estimating, project coordination, or similar commercial/project functions
Fire protection or broader fire industry experience (highly regarded)
Ability to interpret technical information and apply logical, detail-oriented thinking
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Comfortable working with systems, data and structured processes
A practical, solutions-focused mindset with good judgement
