Job Vacancy: Advertising Assistant
Hours: 1-6 hours pm (flexible)
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term
Role Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to help build our advertising department from the ground up! It is suitable for students seeking work experience as well as experienced individuals who can commit to the project long-term.
You will support the organization and development of Truprint by Tru., through both online and print advertising efforts while respectfully collaborating with the Founder..
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send advertising proposals and promotional materials to potential partners.
• Update and utilize provided databases to maximize advertising opportunities.
• Establish connections with like-minded products and businesses for collaborative advertising efforts.
• Provide support in any way that may be reasonably required to enhance our advertising initiatives.
Required Qualities:
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of advertising practices. The successful candidate will excel in both online and in-person communication, including email and other platforms, while adhering to GDPR policies and regulations.
Attitude and Approach:
We are seeking someone who is reliable, engaging, committed, organized, punctual, understanding, eager to learn, and dedicated to promoting awareness and positive change through effective advertising.
