Job Description:
• Prepare and execute invoicing for set of contracts for the responsible region
• In charge for all incoming booking and validation requests; assure it is
performed right and within the expected time
• Assure all invoicing and validation aspects (collect, standardize, summarize,
reconcile data and prepare, create, exchange and coordinate invoices and
annexes)
• Act as the main point of contact to research and resolve billing disputes and
any other request related to the responsible processes and provide timely
resolution
• Deliver operational excellence and adhere to internal processes and
directives
• In charge of end-to-end process of the responsible customers,
counterparties and TSO, which includes the complete deal life cycle (deal
entry, invoice preparation, operation readiness, data reconciliations,
invoicing, reconciliation invoicing.
• Monitor changes to billing determinants and incorporate into billing process
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of documentation up to date (work
instruction and process) of the responsible business
• Proper and timely use of the ticketing tools provided for the responsible
business
