Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative part-time community manager to take charge of planning, promoting, and hosting events at our store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community engagement, skilled in event management, and adept at creating captivating content. This role is crucial in driving foot traffic to our store and building a vibrant community around our brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Event Planning:
• Plan and organize workshops, open mics, and other events at the store to increase walk-ins and community engagement
• Develop a calendar of events that align with the store's goals and target audience
• Promotion:
• Promote all events through social media platforms and engage in offline promotions by visiting music schools, recording studios, apartments in Banjara Hills, and other relevant locations
• Collaborate with local businesses and influencers to boost event visibility
• Event Hosting:
• Host weekly open mic events at the store from 6 PM to + PM, ensuring a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for all attendees
• Act as the face of the store during events, engaging with participants and fostering a sense of community
• Event Coordination:
• Ensure all necessary arrangements for events are taken care of, including setup, logistics, and coordination with vendors
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events to guarantee a smooth experience for all involved
• Content Creation:
• Capture and create engaging content during events, including photos, videos, and social media posts, to highlight the store’s vibrant community
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that resonate with our audience
• Data Management:
• Maintain records of event attendance, feedback, and other relevant data to measure the success of events and identify areas for improvement
• Provide regular reports on event outcomes and community engagement to store management
