Job description
Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Wedding Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of high-end destination weddings in Rajasthan.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in luxury or destination wedding planning, excellent vendor management skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to bring their vision to life.
This role requires frequent travel to Rajasthan (Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, etc.), managing on-ground execution while also coordinating planning and client servicing from our Delhi base.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end planning and execution of destination weddings in Rajasthan.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
• Coordinate with venues, decorators, caterers, and other vendors in both Delhi and Rajasthan.
• Conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Create detailed event timelines, floor plans, and checklists.
• Oversee on-ground execution of events in Rajasthan – ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Manage a team of assistants, freelancers, and vendor partners during events.
• Coordinate travel, hospitality, and logistics for guests and teams.
• Stay updated on wedding trends and destination offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 4–6 years of proven experience in luxury wedding planning or event management.
• Strong knowledge of Rajasthan's top wedding destinations and vendors (Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, etc.).
• Excellent client servicing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay on-site during weddings.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Based in Delhi NCR (Delhi or Gurgaon preferred).
