Responsibility & Duties:
Develop a strong rapport with the clients & vendor to execute a successful event.
Planning and organising production schedules and Ensuring successful delivery with end to end coordination.
Assessing project and resource requirements.
Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
Determining quality control standards and Overseeing production processes
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials. Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff.
Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
Recruitment and training of Volunteers.
Liaison with external suppliers to compile and confirm quotes as needed.
Assist with site planning and confirming venues.
Researching and collating local information, e.g. car park facilities, cafes etc.
Collect and collate post-event feedback. Key Skills Required
Should have the ability to work on ground.
Should have an eye for detail and design.
Exhibits excellent interpersonal and Communication skills.
Is familiar with the working pattern is hospitality industry.
Experience and Qualification Required:
Experience of 2 years of Working in Event/ Wedding planning domain or in Event Operations Executive.
Minimum 2-year degree from an accredited university in Event, Hospitality, PR, Journalism, Design, Media, Business Administration, or related major.
