Curate birthday packages by coordinating with kids’ venues, entertainers, and decorators.
● Maintain an updated database of kids’ event suppliers (venues, magicians, mascots, inflatables, décor, etc.).
● Support planners with creative ideas and supplier suggestions tailored to children’s events.
● Track inquiries, quotations, and confirmations in CRM.
● Assist in preparing proposals and supplier shortlists for planners.
