You will be responsible for leading and managing high-profile events, luxury weddings, and brand engagements. Your expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing upscale events will play a crucial role in enhancing brand presence and client engagement.
In terms of event planning and execution, you will oversee various aspects such as venue selection, dcor, vendor management, catering, entertainment, and guest experiences. It will be essential to ensure that all events align with the brand's luxury appeal and resonate with high-net-worth clients.
Client and vendor management will also be a key part of your role. You will engage with high-profile clients, influencers, and socialites to create tailored event experiences. Building and maintaining strong relationships with event vendors, decorators, caterers, designers, and entertainment agencies will be crucial. Negotiating contracts and managing budgets to optimize event quality while maintaining cost efficiency will also be part of your responsibilities.
In terms of operations and logistics, you will manage event logistics, including permits, security, hospitality, and risk management. You will oversee event timelines, ensuring smooth execution from pre-planning to post-event wrap-up. Conducting post-event analysis, generating reports, and suggesting improvements for future events will also be part of your role.
To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in event planning, wedding planning, or luxury brand activations is required. Strong experience in handling luxury weddings and high-end corporate events is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to engage high-profile clients. A creative and detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational abilities is highly valued. You should also be able to work under pressure, manage multiple events, and ensure seamless execution. Knowledge of event budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management will be beneficial.
