Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Specialist located in Orchha. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events at BHAWNA MOTELS AND RESORTS. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, managing event logistics, handling event marketing, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to ensure successful event outcomes.

Qualifications
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Event Planning and Event Marketing experience
• Sales skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is beneficial
