We are a leading wedding and event design, decor and planning company dedicated to creating unforgettable celebrations for our clients.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our operations and planning process.
Job Title:
Executive Assistant to the Founder
Location: Jaipur (with travel-based flexibility)
Reports to: Founder & Creative Director
Type: Full-Time | In-office & On-site at events | Travel-based support as required
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the Founder of a luxury wedding and event planning company, with a strong emphasis on decor and design. This role demands high-level organizational abilities, initiative in planning and coordination, and the emotional intelligence to support the founder's fast-paced, travel-intensive, and detail-driven lifestyle.
You will be responsible for seamless scheduling, workflow streamlining, internal team follow-ups, and proactive support on personal and professional tasks - especially during events, travel, and planning phases.
