Responsibilities
The Events Space Manager will help create the processes for smooth and efficient operation of the Resilience Hub housed within our offices
Along with managing the space day to day, the Events Manager will assist with trainings
Responsibilities include managing the event booking process, overseeing event logistics, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
Client Management: scheduling, contracts, and communication
Space Management: monitor and maintain cleanliness and functionality; implement and enforce venue policies; manage furniture arrangements; conduct regular inspections
Financial Management: monitor event budgets and manage expenses effectively
Marketing and Sales: contribute to efforts to attract new clients and events; participate in industry events and networking opportunities
Job description
