Executive- Recurring Payments

The Opportunity
The role of an Executive in Recurring Payments involves managing and overseeing the processes related to recurring payments within an organization. This includes setting up and maintaining recurring payment systems, ensuring timely and accurate payments, handling any issues or discrepancies, and providing support to customers or clients regarding their recurring payment arrangements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Executive uploads ECS/ACH/DD/ENACH/e Mandate transaction files as per client given settlement dates.
Providing success/failure and initial rejection details to client. Maintaining tracker and cross check duplicate transactions on daily basis.
We require good communication skills, good hands-on Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, outlook etc), require proper email writing skills. Also, he will have known basic banking knowledge.
He will agree to work in shift timing.
Candidate need to ensure that transaction processing activities need to complete on same day TAT
