Executive Accountant

About the Role: We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented Accountant with strong communication skills and a solid foundation in GST filing, Income Tax, Tally, and Export processes. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in managing accounting operations and statutory compliance independently. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end GST filing and ensure timely compliance with applicable tax laws Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally and other relevant software Manage Income Tax-related work including TDS, advance tax, and return filing Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and ledgers Oversee export documentation, transactions, and regulatory compliance Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders and team members Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 3–5 years of accounting experience in a relevant industry Strong knowledge of GST laws, return filing, and reconciliation Proficiency in Tally ERP and accounting tools Solid understanding of Income Tax regulations and reporting Experience or working knowledge in Export processes and documentation Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and confidence in handling internal and external stakeholders Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines Nice to Have: Experience working in a startup or dynamic environment Familiarity with accounting software other than Tally Basic knowledge of international trade regulations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
